Thick and effective. I use this to collar my European (not baked) cheese cake and when I remove it the layers of the cheesecake are perfect. Looks so professional. Plus less clean up on the springform pan. You get a lot for the price.

I actually bought this for crafting instead of baking, and it has worked perfectly. I use it as the clear backing for my cake toppers. I love that it comes in a roll because I only cut what I need for each project. With the 12”x12” acetate sheets, I always ended up wasting material. This has been much more practical and has lasted through a lot of projects. If you’re making cake toppers or other paper crafts, this is definitely a great option.

This worked perfectly for my cake setup. I used it with a round mold that is about 3.1 inches tall, and it fit really well. The material felt nice, thick enough to hold its shape well, but not so thick that it looked bulky around the cake. It created a nice clean side and gave the cake good support while I was assembling it. I used it for a 3-layer cake with frosting between the layers. My third layer came up a little below the top edge, which actually worked out well because I still had room to add frosting on top. It held everything nicely in place while I finished the cake. Overall, I’m happy with it and would use it again for layered cakes.

Arrived in an open box. Looks like someone had previously used/cut the plastic sheet roll. The material itself was sturdy and came with tape.

I’m very happy with this purchase. I use it both for stabilizing cakes and for final finishing. It holds its shape and comes off the frosting easily without damaging it.

This cake collar is so easy to work with, it’s not flimsy, i was worried with how tight and small it was rolled up when I got it, but it still wrapped around my 9” cake beautifully. The tape they used to make sure it doesn’t unwrap when you take it out of the box is really sticky and left a residue so I ended up wasting a bit of it, it’s still usable I just didn’t want the adhesive to make it look messy in transport. The product overall is 10/10. If you’re making mousse cake or even using it to wrap cakes I recommend this product. Has changed the game for filling cakes for me.

So useful for anyone making desserts. This roll will last a long time. I made a chocolate mousse cake and it held the mousse in beautifully while it chilled.

Excellent product especially in the kitchen. Only wish they were eco friendly.
