In the package they even provide a "hook" for the door. I was very pleases with both the thickness and the length of the bands. They provide inside also a small pouch for me to store them.As a beginner I have found their exercise card very useful and worked as a good starting point for me.They are very resistant, never tore nor snapped. The 3 resistance bands are at the tensile strength they are saying, especially comparing to other brand I tried.Will definitely buy it again!

Good value for money
Seem like very good value for money. Arrived very quickly Come with a little bag to store them in too, which is handy, and a useful booklet of exercises.

Fab purchase! Set of 3 bands with different resistance which come in a handy tie bag to take with you wherever so you always have training on hand.Great material that stretch but feel secure, comes with an overdoor attachment for arm exercises and abs.Also has a booklet of exercisesExcellent price!Defo recommend, you won’t be disappointed

Amazing!
Ordered this at 4:30pm and it was with me by 3:15pm the next day. Have to say I wasn’t expecting much for the price but pleasantly surprised. Really good quality and came really well packaged with an extra travel pouch. Perfect for me with not much fitness experience but also my other half who is a personal trainer. Will definitely be buying more stuff from Syosin!

Everything I didn't expect
I wanted those bands like in the picture, but what arrived was something else. Kinda dissapointed. Don't know if I should return them or not, they seem pretty good for a lot of workouts and the price was not that bad.

Too easy.
Resistance bands are not strong enough. Despite being a beginner I had to go straight to the heaviest and still it was too easy. You're better off paying a bit more for the higher quality bands that have hook on handles.

Perfect for home workout..
Bought it because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. I use it almost everyday and it stretches just fine..
