Below are the things what I liked in ciba pasta and suggestions...→No Artificial Flavour→No maida! (wheat flour). Durum Wheat semolina Suji/rawa used to make it.→Tangy pasta masala pouch inside the pack.⥤ Package instruction says 'cook for 10-15 minutes' however, it went sticky, so better cooking with water around 8 minutes is much enough.↳ other than adding 4-5 tomatoes, by adding oregano leaves, half teaspoon chat masala, chili powder and amchur powder gave me a way better taste. The quality is good and tasty as well. Overall a good product, but very late delivery.

I have had ordered this pasta 10 days back and I went solely because of the ‘value for money’ it has to offer. At ₹46 for a 450gm packet, it is cheaper than the most packed pasta available in the market.Once delivered, I had a visual check on the chunks which did not show any signs of breakage. I went forward and asked my mom to cook which she did after 2 days.Upon my mom’s inspection, she informed me that the pasta chunks are good enough and there is no issue with it. However, she is not much satisfied with the ‘masala’ which she termed inferior in taste and also insufficient in quantity.Once she cooked and served me, I was impressed with the outcome and rather taunted her asking how come the ‘masala’ is not good and the pasta is tasty. She roasted me saying that she used her own spices which comprised of Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Tomato Puree (not ketchup) and also slight Soya Sauce, apart from other ingredients like capsicum, tomatoes, to make it tasty. I could not make a comeback to it and silently completed my pasta.On a whole, I term it a satisfactory buy.
