My mom has been using this Gaiam Pilates Ring for and I’m really impressed with the quality. It’s lightweight but still provides solid resistance, and the foam-padded handles are comfortable on both hands and legs. It doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all. I mainly use it for core, inner thighs, and arm toning, and it definitely makes a difference without taking up much space. The ring keeps its shape and tension even after repeated use, which is something I was worried about with foam equipment. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to add low-impact strength work to their routine. Easy to store, easy to use, and great value for the price. Would absolutely recommend for at-home workouts or Pilates sessions.

Perfect addition for my little gym and workouts! This ring is tough and harder to push in than one would think! It’s my first ever time using a ring though so that could be part of it! Comfortable grips for pressing. It seems to be of great quality and the price was right!!!

This a good simple tool to use. Sometimes less is more. This ring provided solid core and leg workouts. It is sturdy enough so it won’t break easily. It’s comfortable to use, no chaffing.

I bought this ring because I wanted to practice pilates outside of my usual class. The rings used in class actually have some weight to them and are, dare I say, higher quality. I've seen the Gaiam brand on a lot of expensive things and expected this ring to match that of the one in the gym I use, but: 1. It is feather weight - almost weightless. 2. I've had it for a few weeks and the inner foam pad is detaching (seems like it the adhesive was something like glue?) 3. It feels kinda cheap. If you use it only for balance/transfer exercises, it's fine, but if you're looking to add in any of the abduction/adduction exercises, this ring has ZERO resistance.
