The inside is like a rice crispy and the outside is like a white chocolate frosting flavored coating! So good! They are TERRIBLE! The taste and after taste is so bad. The covering around the bar is grainy and very protein powder tasting. I need to remember to not listen to people on social media who get paid to share great reviews. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, for the price and taste of these bars it is definitely not worth the money to even try.
