The item came faulty! I am willing to return it so you can see for yourself the product is untouched and doesnt work it will flicker on and off and I'm not happy as it seems clear that the package was damaged on the way here what can you do for me

Beautiful lamp, especially whilst lit. Only issue is some of the little squares on the lamp design were broken/chipped.
