I am giving 5 stars for the customer service I received after the freezer that was delivered to me did not work. After multiple attempts to get it to stay running, I sent a note to the seller. (I believe it was damaged during shipping.) They came back and said the issue I was having was not repairable and they issued me a refund without me having to figure out how to ship it back. I am disappointed the freezer did not work because it is the perfect size and exactly what I wanted. Sad about the damage but very pleased with the quick response from the seller!

The product is priced well and the seller shipped quickly. My first one had a large dent in the front upon unboxing. The return was fairly painless, just had to take the freezer to a FedEx to return. My second was in perfect condition upon arrival. The only annoying thing is they use a sticker on the front, directly on the stainlessz that states that the unit needs to remain upright after transport for 4 hours, which is good BUT the sticker is made like one that is never intended to be removed. It took collectively over an hour to remove the entire sticker without damaging the surface.

Unfortunately this freezer did not work when it arrived. But the seller provided full refund in a helpful and timely way. For this reason I am happy with their service.

Well this freezer created a nice thick layer of frost on the top within the first few days. It’s very moist inside the freezer and it barely stays within range even though it’s not full. Wish I kept the box so I return.

I can’t stress enough how good this company is to work with. They have gone over and above to handle a problem they didn’t cause. Beautiful freezer and great price.
