For the 57 I’d use 2 bags at a time for sure ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Instant coals *by A***R on 21 December 2025* One of the better coals we have had for the bbq, easy to light and heat up quickly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend *by E***H on 5 December 2025* Great quality, very easy to use burns nicely ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took a long time to burn fully but stayed hot a long time *by W***L on 15 August 2024* I have a small 'suitcase' type BBQ so needed to take 25% of the charcoal out before lighting the bag. I found it took a good 45 minutes for all the charcoal to go grey but once it had, it stayed hot enough to cook on for about 90 minutes. Would definitely use again but will allow plenty of time for the charcoal to burn. The flames were quite high during burning so as it was a bit breezy we needed to stand back a bit until it died down, and it did flare up again quite a lot during cooking if the food was fatty. Overall easy to use, no smell once the charcoal had burned and it didn't taint the food.
