I have purchase these a few times. I like that the capsules are small and easy to swallow. There is no fishy scent/taste. The bottle is dark to protect the fish oil from direct light. And most of all it's good for you. I would be buying this again in the future. Good quality product.

I got my first bad lab report with my cholesterol being a little high... so I was looking for a good fish oil vitamin. In the past I tried taking them but I never stayed consistent because they're just too big to swallow, and always have a horrible aftertaste. So when I found these I was thrilled! They are smaller and round, which makes it easier to swallow!! Also, there is no aftertaste or smell. And... since taking these faithfully every night now... my cholesterol (partnered with some small lifestyle changes) is now normal again. As far as the swallowing issue goes, the smaller oval shape is much easier than the small round gelcaps that I had been using! I will continue using them. I can’t speak to the effectiveness. I have always had an issue with larger pills.
