Review: Adds Depth To My Shine - I read a whole bunch of reviews here on desertcart before deciding to take a chance on this since I'm used to having excellent results from this brand . What I didn't get was a leaky or cracked bottle . I also didn't get a broken spray nozzle or watery liquid. I did get a product that did streak after the cloth I was using for saturated . I put this on my car when it was dry because it'd just been washed a couple days ago and was still pretty clean. I used new micro fiber rags . I started with a small spot on the passenger side to test how it was gonna work out , best way to apply , etc and found the first spot went on fine and buffed right back off with no streak . As I worked my way down the entire side it was pretty much more of the same , easy on and easy off . Once I got to the back the cloth was beginning to get saturated so I wiped on with 1 cloth and buffed back off with a new dry one . This worked well for the back . As I got to the drivers side the method was not working so easily on the buffing back off . I needed more elbow grease and more strokes . This got a little harder with each new section . When I got to only the roof left I didn't spray and new on but wiped in the liquid that had saturated the cloth . It buffed back off very easily with no streaks . Once finished I got a 3rd clean cloth and buffed the entire car using quick back and forth or up and down strokes , no circular at all . I had about a dozen streaks I'd missed before but I got them all . The entire process was far from the easiest application of a product onto a vehicle but also very far from the hardest . The smell of the product was pleasant and not strong at all . It never really dried like paste wax and the like but did wipe right back off . Any that got on plastic, window , or rubber wiped away with no evidence of even being on it . Before using this the car, when clean, was very very shiny with great water beading but had no depth . I was ok with that . Afterward I looked from about 15 feet away and could see my legs reflecting and just as clear as a mirror . The photos don't do this stuff justice . Not sure how , if at all, this product protects nature from sticking to the paint but I'm more than satisfied , I'm sold on it ..

**Q: How does this shine? I heard a carnauba was can shine more, especially on dark color cars.**
A: I have a black Lexus. I have never used carnauba on it. Meguiar's NXT has given the car a fantastic shine. People complement me on the shine. This is my 4th Lexus and I have used Meguiar's products on all of them

**Q: Can i apply when car has a little dust with out scratching paint?**
A: No, very bad idea. You will scratch your paint and cause swirl marks by rubbing dirt across the paint. Meguiar's Quik Wax is only meant to be applied to clean car. Use a Quick Detailer to clean off any dust or light debris first if you feel the need to apply a spray wax without doing a full wash first. A Quick Detailer has more lubricity to safely remove contaminates, whereas a spray wax does not. Two very different products and uses.

**Q: I have an 08 Vette with light scratches from many hand washes. Would using M205 with a DA to remove scratches followed by NXT give good results?**
A: Yes
Use a light cutting pad with the 205 d/a polisher

**Q: Can this be used on metallic spray painted metal fixtures**
A: Yes, as long as the paint is a shiny/glossy finish and not matte.

Maguires is fantastic, easy application and shines and protects very well.
