I NEVER thought I would ever be writing a review for a memorial urn, but here I am. We did a lot of research for something for our beautiful daughter. We didn't want anything that screamed "urn". So when we found this, we knew it would be perfect. It was so nice that we could personalize it, and we had a choice of sayings to have written on it. We received it very quickly. It is just beautiful! The quality is amazing, and the inscriptions are done perfectly! We chose the heart shape for the picture, and wondered how we would be able to cut a picture like that. Silly us...you remove the front panel and put a picture behind it! It turned out so perfect. It is an emotional experience picking out something like this for a loved one. We were so fortunate to have found this. It was easy to order, which reduced much of our stress, and it's beautifully done. Highly recommend!!!

This was the hardest thing, I ever had to shop for. I wanted the perfect one and when it arrived, I knew I made the right choice. Its absolutely beautiful.

My siblings and I purchased this for my mom and then decided to get a matching one for my dad. It's very well made. My only thing of concern - the engraving looks painted rather than actually engraved, but it still looks nice. You can choose only two fonts for the engraving, there are three options for the frame (square, oval and heart), and there are five lines to engrave. You can also pay extra if you want a special poem (but I don't think you can put in your own poem - have to select an available option poem.). Overall, we are satisfied.

I really love this urn. I bought two of the same, for my brother and myself. I love that I can easily change the pic for holidays and have memories of my dad like put his Christmas pic then change for New Years, etc. However although it's easy to change that means be careful, because the front panel comes off first, then the glass and the picture goes last. It stays in place just fine because of course it's ornamental, just be sure to be careful when changing, because the glass came loose and I almost broke it! Still a great deal and very beautiful.
