How big is the diameter of the circular top? I’d like to put a label in the center of it.

The circular indention where a sticker would go nicely is about 2". I'd probably use a sticker that's a little smaller than 2" rather than trying to make sure a 2" sticker fits. Hope that helps.

Will bundtinis fit in here? Bundtinis are small bite size bundtcakes.

If the Bundtinis are larger than the size of a cupcake liner, I don't think they will fit. I just used mine for cupcakes today, and there is not much "wiggle" room. They hold cupcakes perfectly.

What is the bottom circumference?

I am not sure of the circumference. I used these for the normal sized cupcakes from Costco and they fit perfectly with a little left over wiggle space.

will these fit in a cupcake carrier for easy transportation?

I would say no - once the cupcakes are in the individual containers, they wouldn't fit in most cupcake carriers. I usually put them in a cupcake carrier then transfer to the individual containers after arrival, as it is not easy finding something they will fit in. I tried putting them in a large box, but shifted all around during transport.
