These insoles work really well. they support the arch of the foot. You have to get used to them as they can feel a little high at first. I will be buying more for each pair of shoes. They are very good value for money. Other insoles cost 3 x the price of these.

These are very easy to cut to size and very comfortable in my shoes.

They fit well in my shoes. The only downside is that the arch support section feels pointy. Although it looks like a curve, it doesn't feel like one when you are standing.

Helps with flat shoes. Gives your feet comfort and support. Very pleased.

Purchased to fit inside my ankle wellies as suffering with plantar fasciitis and found boots very flat. Inserts were just the right size and have helped support my foot so causes less pain when walking the dog in the wet weather.

Only 2 days into the 14 of wearing them for a short time before wearing them all day, so we’ll see how it goes but I am finding the arch support a little excessive at the moment. Hoping my feet get used to it.
