My only issue was the sweetener. Left horrible after taste but everyones taster preferences are different.

Is this mixed with milk or water?

The recommended usage instructions are to mix Promax Lean with water. Mixing with milk will add unnecessary macronutrients and unwanted sugar and fat. Promax Lean is created with a blend of whey and casein proteins, making it perfect as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack, as well as post exercise. Probably best to avoid using in the evening due to the caffeine content, as this may disrupt your sleep. Hope that helps.
