Such a helpful book, and really takes a load off 🙏🏻🥰❤️
This book has so much to offer for every single stage of your baby's lead weaning stages. From there very first foods all the way up to when they're a toddler! Also there are weekly meals plans for breakfast lunch dinner and even the snacks in between ! Having to decide on what's for dinner alone every single night for the entire family can be such a hassle, so already having a pre made meal plan written up for your little one is more than convinient! If you're a parent interested in making all the food your baby is going to consume yourself, that alone is already time consuming enough so I believe this book is a perfect purchase for you! Take a chance and order the book ❤️

step by step make your own baby food
Going to start purées w/ my baby soon. This book is a great tool to help you feel comfortable giving your baby real food & teaches you how you can make it yourself!

Simple baby food making
Great resource for first time baby food makers. I was starting to stress on how to start feeding and making baby food for my baby. This book made it simple. It gives you a simple grocery list with each feeding stage, recipes, and a food introduction schedule.

A healthy start for your baby
I used this book to feed my baby, and I can't say enough good things about it! I lived the stages, and it made starting solids so much less intimidating. I appreciate that the author is a dietician. I knew I wanted to make my own baby food, and this made it so much easier. The meal plans are so helpful and take the effort out of introducing allergens and new foods, and so on. The grocery lists are helpful as well. I will say that I think it made more food than my baby would go through before it gets too old in the freezer, but maybe my kid didn't eat much as a baby. A lot of the recipes I love eating myself, like broccoli cheese muffins, salmon patties, and ginger garlic meatballs. It's actually a go-to cookbook for several things, even though my daughter is 2 1/2 now. I think the approach of giving babies a lot of flavors worked well, because my toddler now is a great eater! She got a really great start from this book.

Absolutely love this.
10 out of 10 recommend. I bought this because I don't have the mental energy as a working new mom to come up with recipes. The book is well organized and I appreciate that it's an easy straight to the point read. There's no huge unnecessary background stories about the authors cousins sisters what have you like so many cookbooks on the market have. I choose to get the spiral so it could lay flat on my counter and I'm glad I did, no fighting to keep it open after I walkway when my baby cries. My favorite part so far is the the fist page of the chapter had a grocery list for all the recipes and I just took a picture of it before I went to get groceries.

Basic recipes , kind of a flop for my baby so far
A lot of the recipes are kind of a little ridiculous, it will teach you how to make a fruit purée or vegetable purée which I feel like is kind of self-explanatory as it’s a one ingredient recipe. I’ll be honest my 10 month old has not really liked any of the recipes so far and we end up throwing them out. He’s liked one recipe so far, but I had to modify it as he did not like it the way it was. However, the recipe is I’ve tried are relatively simple and easy to make
