Any good organic oil will not lose its flavor and essence when heated. This oil lost the moment it melted. Looks purely like artificial essence being added. I used to buy jiva organic coconut oil. It used to be great. But this time amazon couldn't deliver jiva products on time hence chose this. Amazon reviews only the low priced products as good ones. Don't go by Amazon reviews when comes to food items. Being an indian we know a coconut oil flavor covers entire dish but this failed.

The quality is pretty good. The price is on the higher side though.

only sad part is that if I have a ride (1 hr away) to Kona, their coconut milk, oil, and organic coffee is often 40-50% cheaper than even this with my Prime.

I love the smell of this oil. It is one of the things that tells me it is raw. Raw coconut oil has antibacterial properties. It works well in my soap making as well.

I received this today and I love it! It has that coconut smell and I can tell it's the real deal! I would definitely buy this again!!!

This is the best coconut oil I've ever used. The smell is divine the flavor perfect. Highly recommend this oil, especially if using it for cleansing purposes.
