I was hesitant about this because it seemed to be very cheap in comparison to the other skipping ropes on Amazon and other sites, but ordered anyway as didnt want to spend too much on something I wasnt sure I'd use very much. It is perfect, exactly what I needed and seems to be very good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a basic skipping rope for fitness.

Good lightweight skipping rope. I’m 5ft 8 tall and didn’t need to alter the sizing although it is possible to shorten it. I haven’t skipped for years but this was easy to use. I found it better to skip on a hard surface rather than grass as the rope seems to drag slightly on grass. The handles don’t have any spongey grips but I haven’t found this a problem.

It is not really straight, it is hard to skip with as it curves as it goes over your head so.catches on your legs .
