Nesco Jerky Original Seasoning 3 Pack (Makes 6 Pounds of Jerky)

I have tried a lot of jerky mixes but this is hands down the best I have had. The flavor is nothing short of amazing and the salt cure does not make the jerkey too salty.I use quality ground beef in a jerkey gun and this mixes very well making quality jerkey. Every time I make beef jerky, those I share it with cannot get enough.I cannot dispute the price, it is a great value for the product it makes.

I’ve spent considerable time learning to make hamburger jerky. I finally opted for this product and not try anything new. To me it’s great taste and mixes well into the meat.

Does not have any smoke flavoring or sweetness. I added some liquid smoke and a little brown sugar to improve the flavor.

Yes, this is my favorite flavor. I love how easy it is to use. I have bought a bunch of these since I started making my own jerkey. You won't be disappointed. Quality and price is great. It isn't to salty as long as you mix it up well and follow the instructions.

I have tried many other flavorings from various companies and always come back to this. For my taste Nesco makes the best jerky mix that I have found to date. I generally make 6 lbs at a time and mix 2 packs of Original and one pack of Hot and Spicy to 80 percent or better hamburger meat.
