This unit really does the trick. We have a rental mobile home & the last tenants smoked in it, after agreeing to smoke outside. When they left we scrubbed & shampooed, but the stench remained. This unit completely removed the smell. We've used it twice since then on other things, and it is amazing. Definitely recommend

My RV is stored under cover but still gets the RV musty smell. 10 hours of ozone treatment with this unit and the musty smell is gone! Ozone leaves a funny bleach like smell but will fade in a day or two with venting. I parked my RV for a month after treatment then checked it out, still smells great. Even the fridge was deodorized. (with door open during treatment) This is a High output unit, The small $50 dollar units will do a car but if you have larger places to treat you need this unit!

I like this thing a lot. We hired movers that stunk up everything. I'm not sure what they did but I know it was gross. We cleaned and cleaned but still had quite the residual smell. I bought this thing to try before we threw everything away and it is amazing. The ozone is like air bleach. This thing kicks it out in high gear. You definitely have to air out for a while with fans on high before returning but it's worth it. It does leave its own odor (very similar to bleach) but after a few days that odor is completely gone and the original odors do not return. I also think you could use this to get rid of squatters and other pests. That ozone will burn your eyes, nose, and throat if you're in it too long.The machine itself seems built for commercial use. It looks and feels heavy duty. Operation is simply turning two dials: one for intensity and one for duration. I just kept intensity at max and modified duration depending on the use. A lot of people said it would ruin electronics but that has not been my experience. We've had no issues or obvious corrosion with the TV or any other appliances.

Was very skeptical that this machine could actually remove smoke smell. We bought a house that had chain smokers as previous owners. We cleaned and cleaned and it still smelled. Ran this machine for 2 cycles in different parts of the house and smell is gone. I thought the house would have to be repainted and rip out all carpet to get rid of smell, but this magical machine removed smoke smell in just 12 hours. We are still in shock and disbelieve that it works this good.

I have only used this machine a couple of times, but it works very well. Only time will tell how the plates hold up. I wish reorder information would have been included in the box so I can get replacement plates when I need them.

This machine is amazing! I ran it in a house that was full of tobacco smoke from a chain smoker for 6+ years. The Odor is gone! Worked so well I also ran it in the garage and the odor is gone in there too! Easy to set-up and use, comes with outstanding instruction booklet! Highly recommended!

This is my first time using an ozone generator I bought the villa 3000. My unit arrived with dent and the plated were missing I did an return got a new unit and all was well. Overall it is a great product well built comes with 3 ceramic plates it does have a 5 year warranty. This unit is a bit pricey but it is worth getting when you consider the time and comfort while the treatment is in progress you will need to vacate so if you have alot of space you may want to consider getting a unit that can handle an entire house i did my entire 3000 sq feet of living space all at the same time I sanitize entire house in one day which is convenient it had an adjustable output so you are able to do smaller spaces or turn it all the way up and do a shock treatment. One thing I noticed that not mentioned in any of the comments is if you have aquarium all you need to do is turn off you air supply and they will be fine I however did not take the chance of leaving my plants I. The house while it is been treated just move them in to the basement if you dont have a basement have them in a room and seal it off or if you have done this before and your plants are ok to be in the room that Is being treated let me know .

Had my doubts. But after the storms and flooding in my area I was desperate for a fix of some kind. The mildew and moldy smell was too much. I ran my machine for 3-4 hours straight for 3 or so days. Good by mildew and bad smells. It WORKS !
