I had never heard of Bucatini, but De Cecco made it, so I wanted to try it! I found the texture and thickness to be wonderful. I loved how durable it was and how well it held up to my dish. I tried it with chopped stewed tomatoes, fresh basil, then added steamed organic zucchini to the mix to try something different, topped with fresh grated parm and raw organic spinach. I rather liked it. My diet is so limited, I have to get creative and this fit the bill.
