Can someone tell me the difference between these (phantom ops) and the phantom lt pants?

The LT pants are more of a covert/ casual style, whereas the OPs is more of a real duty pant. Milspec Monkey has an article detailing the difference,s the general gist is layout and pockets; the overall materials seem to be identical.

Do they come in a tall size? I wear a 40 inseam, Im 6'5 and wear a 38x40, can do a 38x38

Dude, i'm 6'6. I normally get 42x36 and I have to cuff the hem on these and the LT 2.0's. If your 6'5 the 36 inseam should more than do it for you. I posted a pic in my review. If you're still undecided, it might help.

Not particularly. Theyre still servicable after a year.

Very comfortable, but fabric is not very durable. I would say - ideal for shooting, camping and travel, but not good for hunting.
