This corset forces me to sit upright, look professional, helps me stay awake and up (I'm very lethargic), and also gets rid of back pain - all while smoothing out my figure and helping me feel confident. Very breathable and comfortable. I bought a beige one and a black one. The only issue I have is that after only a few times of wearing the black one, the seam holding one of the bones ripped somehow and I can't slide it completely in and stitch it back together because the very end gets caught onto the fabric it slid from. I have to make sure I have some type of fabric in between the end of the wire/bone that sticks out and my skin so that it doesn't dig into it and hurt.
