Fotodiox Designer (Black) Lens Rear Cap Compatible with Canon EOS EF and EF-S Lenses

Very robust and well-designed lens rear cap. It fit perfectly with my Canon lenses.

When certain products do their job well, you forget about them and the problem they solve entirely. I forgot I had this in my camera bag because it works and I use it every time I swap lenses. Would recommend.

Fits just like my original Canon branded cap. The design on this looks cool and is a fraction of the price of the OEM Canon cap. For reference I am using it on a Canon branded 55-250mm IS lens for crop-censored cameras. It also fits my 18-55mm kit lens and my nifty fifty. It should fit any canon lens just fine, these are just the 3 lenses that I have and am able to try it with. If I lose anymore of my Canon caps, I will most likely return to this company to get replacements for them.

I am disappointed with this order. they are too hard to put on. They appear to be more tight... My previous order was great.I am purchasing M42 to EOS adapters for my lenses and needed caps. These caps are cheap, arrived fast, and are very good. They're not Canon caps but they are not pretending to be either.Great price - You can order as many as you need and the shipping price more or less stays the same! A great bargain for those who don't need "real" Canon caps!They go on tight and stay tight - just like they should!

Great value. Design on this cap makes my lens stand out from my kit. Purchased for my Helios 44m-4 lens & M42 lens mount and it fits the back of the lens perfectly fine and snug.

These fit just like my canon caps and I'm glad I can have a few extras in my camera bag. Who am I kidding, I don't have extras. They vanish like mystery socks, but these are a cute and necessary replacement to keep my lens protected.

Perfect! It does the job perfectly, it looks cute (if you don't care if it's canon or not) and I have no complains at all. If you need something that isn't expensive, does the job then this is it! I just got it for my nifty fifty that I barely even use anymore, since I lost the original cap.

I needed an extra Rear Lens Cap because I use a Novoflex adapter for Leica lenses to be used with a Canon EOS 5D MII. This one does the job it was designed for.

I bought three of these but they do not fit properly! The Canon branded cap that I already had went on and off without any trouble, but these are extremely stubborn, and can take forever to both put on and take off. The three little flanges on the inside appear to be slightly different in size from the original Canon cap, but that's enough to cause the caps to jam, to cross-thread and generally be a complete pain. I got them because they were cheap, but you can buy Canon branded caps for virtually the same price on ebay.

Design is great. I wish that these fit more securely on the mount. I bought these for using, in unison with, Leitax semi-permanent EF mounts on Contax Zeiss lenses. Unfortunately they don't fit as snug as Canon brand EF caps and have a little to much wiggle/play for my liking. As a frequent Fotodiox user I am a little shocked/disappointed that these caps don't seem to be at the same quality control level as the rest of their products I have used.Again, they do 'fit'. Just not as snugly as the brand name (Canon) in this case. It's a shame. I love the design and they look really attractive on my Contax Zeiss Cine-Mod Set but I think I will have to swap them out for standard Canon EF caps for the extra security/functionality.

My local camera store wanted double the price for rear lens caps, even though theirs aren't OEM either, so I bought this one. It's build quality is superb, just like the original and it's got a styling that harkens back to the old school 1970s & 1980s film SLRs out of Japan; I love it! People are calling them Oreos, and I can see that, but I think it was more of a throwback design. regardless, these are great for the price!

I bought this cap because Canon forgot to include a rear lens cap for my lens. They included the cap for the body but not for the lens. Fits perfectly. Looks like an Oreo cookie too (that's doesn't affect how the item performs, but it's funny).

Molto simile all'originale CanonDevo dire che per quello che è : un pezzo di plastica stampata, dovrebbe costare pochi centesimi, ma purtroppo non sono riuscito a trovarlo a meno di 9 euro.Comunque fa il suo dovere.
