These crackers are not the same solid black colored crackers as pictured; they are lighter in color and break if you try to use them to scoop up some hummus. The kids still like them but I prefer the older taste. I will not order these again

The recipe has changed from prior batches of these crackers. Listed ingredients are the same, yet the crackers are not as flavorful and chewy as before, with a much lighter taste and feel. Still a good product, but different.

These crackers were nothing like the ones I have ordered in the past! Tasteless and awful! I could not see the product due to the packaging and I was very disappointed when I had to open them to compare...Nothing like the ones I have ordered many times and your description was deceiving. I understand I can't return because of it being a food item? I will never order form you again and this was a huge waste of money! Very disappointing!
