Don’t take on an empty stomach!
For the price, which I believe is kept down by the type of packaging, these supplements are pretty great. Not too large or foul-tasting, and I’m already seeing good results, only...don’t take them on an empty stomach!Normally, I don’t have this kind of problem with other pills, but I’ve been consistently sick when taking these, unless I have a very full stomach beforehand. I’ve resorted to taking them right after dinner, and now I don’t even notice any nausea, but taking them on an empty stomach, or even after a light breakfast, really didn’t agree with me for some reason, so make sure you eat first, just in case, as they’re actually some of the more effective supplements I’ve come across, and a great price.

This is the best value Zinc supplement I have come across, especially with Prime delivery included.There are 90 of these Zinc Max tablets, with each tablet containing:Triple strength zinc - 100mg of zinc citrate, yielding 30mg of zincCopper - 1mgVitamin C - 80mgZinc is brilliant for you but sometimes it can upset your stomach a little if you take it on an empty stomach - it's a supplement I always take after eating as it avoids nausea. You shouldn't really ever need more than one of these a day so this should last you around three months. The airtight/zip-lock bag is ideal and keeps the tablets secure for storage and takes up less room than a bulky bottle. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to swallow
I ordered these prior to a major operation and I have only just started to take them 3 weeks post op. I take one with my breakfast and have had no feeling of nausea at all. I just wanted to boost my immune system coming up to the dreaded flu season and hope these help me avoid any nasty bugs that may or may not be coming my way. I have taken zinc supplements in the past and was very pleased with the way my skin and hair improved, also I didn't have any really bad colds when taking zinc....fingers crossed! Update 26 Nov 2019 - I am now on my 3rd purchase of these supplements - I have never had an upset stomach with these tablets and have always taken with food. My hair, nails and skin have improved and I have avoided many of the winter bugs that have been around. Only thing to mention is this current order the tablets are round in shape, the other two orders were capsules solid white.

Linden Zinc Tablets
I have no idea if the zinc tablets are doing what I hope they are doing - but they arrived promptly, and the description is accurate - and hoping that they do exactly what is asked of them. I certainly haven't had any infections - not a cold - nothing, since taking them - but that doesn't really signify anything. However my daughter who is severely diabetic, is also taking them, and she has been fighting an infection - the glands behind her ears are swollen, but after two days of not feeling very well, she is back to feeling better - the infection did not progress! Was it the zinc - i hope so - but we are encouraged!

You will be sick if you don't eat when taking one of these
I don't know if it is the potency of the zinc, or something else, but you WILL be sick if you don't have food before and after this. On an empty stomach, game over. I'm not comfortable taking daily something with the potential to be that potent.

Do the job
Fast delivery. These come as a packet of tablets. They made me feel really sick the first day I took one, the second day mild nausea but after day 3 I didn’t experience any further nausea when taking them. They aren’t too big but they do have a slightly rough texture meaning they can occasionally get stuck in the throat when swallowing.Overall though good value for money and do the job.

Lovely skin hair and nails.
Since taking this product I've definitely noticed a difference in my skin hair and nails which I'm very pleased about. The packaging is simple, the tablets are easy to swallow, the effects don't happen overnight but there is a sure and steady improvement I would definitely recommend!
