How do you add dates and content on these for daycare?

I use InchBug labels with my baby's name and then a piece of masking tape with the date.

What nipple is included? I know they display a raindrop one thru four. Are these a 1 or 2 rain drop or other?

Do you have to make sure the air vent is pointed up for it to work?

It will work either way, but your baby will be less gassy if you make sure it's pointed up for air to escape. Milk won't leak out if it's not, though.
