Cleanse Your System with Ease and Grace
Swami Saradananda's book offers many techniques to cleanse your body an soul of stagnant energy. Through the use of Kir'as and other energetic exercises, one can cleanse their physical, astral, and causal bodies and the chakra system. The practices are clear, concise and practical. I especially enjoyed the Bee Breath which quiets inner chatter. I discovered that if used before meditation, my session was more profound. She teaches how the balance the Kapha, Vata and Pitta energy. Her teachings of Ayurvedic medicine is easy to understand and implement. The yoga exercises are easy to follow. Better
I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I have to start by saying I have never really been into yoga, but I am always for trying something new. So I got this book and wanted to try out someone else's point of view. There were a few things about spiritual laws and three bodies that can be cleansed through yoga. It made me look at yoga in a different life. So it has changed my opinion on it.

Inspirational & Enlighteening
Being a Teacher of Hatha Yoga for the past 8 years as well as making yoga a daily part of my life for the past 25 I can honestly say this book has many practices and instructions not usually found in the majority of the many yoga books on offer. It focuses on what the title suggests - some of the cleansing practices (in fact many) associated with the discipline of Hatha Yoga. Mudras, mantras, self-help, meditations, massage, postures and cleansing practices (as well as a lot more) are all discussed and beautifully presented with clarity and many photos. Its the beautiful colourful illustrations that really did it for me though. I hope to explore the writers other works in the near future. I highly recommend this book to aid you on your path towards a more enlightened Self. :)
