Finally a book that really helps!
Loved this book! Finally, an author who clearly likes teen girls. I bought this book for my daughter for a Christmas present and after reading it first, couldn't wait that long to give it to her. My favorite part of the book was the practical, easy to understand tips for girls. My daughter's favorite part were the quizzes and the exercises. I am making sure all of my friends put this book on their Christmas list. My daughter has already loaned it out to her best friend who is in a Social crisis at the moment. Thanks Dr. Lucie from a Dallas Mother:)

Gift for 13 yo daughter
My daughter is approaching 8th grade & she has friendship problems on and off, isn't as nice to her sisters, and is exhibiting some disrespectful behaviors. This is normal teenage girl stuff, but I thought I'd buy her a book to work through. She loves the activities and has really gotten into it. I hope this helps start her off well in 8th grade!

So grateful for a resource like this!
I bought this book for my niece who says she loves it and that it's really helpful! I highly recommend it, especially for a teen navigating through this online world we now live in.

A must read for girls 12 and older
Great book for teen girls going through the changes in social interactions through the middle high shool years. Reading this book and using its advice, by daughter was able to overcome a break up with friends and found a better, caring group of new friends.

It was worth reading.
I'm 14 and I read it, Some of the information in the book was a little off to my situation but when I did get to the parts that were related to my problem it was really helpful. I liked the book.

Decent read but not all-encompassing
Ok but not applicable for girls outside of a normal socio-economic status and caucasian ethnicity or culture.

A resource like this one should be part of a package handed to parents in the hospital upon birth!
With sincere thanks to Dr. Lucie Hemmen, it's been a couple of weeks and my daughter is taking time we try everyday, and refers to this book I bought. Her resistance didn't last too long, the book has captured her interest, and I give her complete privacy, it's just her & Lucie, & she enjoys the exercises, and reads out to me something she finds funny! My younger one is getting there, but thankfully I have good resources in Lucie's books and advice to know what to do. Mom
