24-Pack Plastic Clothespin

I bought a bunch of pins of this design 15 or 20 years ago. I liked them much better than the normal type. They work well as cloths pins and lots of other clip uses. Over the years I have lost them, took the springs for other projects and had them chewed up by dogs. Never had one break.First use of the first pin, first time I opened it to clip anything.... it broke it half.The plastic in these is JUNK. Not worth buying.

I was thinking they would be much stronger and a little larger to be honest. I have already had several break upon squeezing so not thrilled
