I don’t like to buy raw garlic as it always tends to go bad in the refrigerator before being used up. I decided this was the way to go. Less waste and I always have garlic ready when I need it!

This has better flavor and aroma than any other brand I've tried. In fact, even as large as this jar is, the last spoonful was more flavorful than most other brands' first spoonful.
