It’s perfect!! The engraving looks great, quality products. I ordered late at night and it had been shipped by the next morning! Got it 3 days later. Days before expected delivery.Also cheaper than others I was looking into buying from.

Nice GIft
So I ordered this decanter for a gift. I received it and it was well packaged, but there was a flaw in the personalization (it just wasn't etched through on all the letters). I took a photo of the flaw and contacted the shop to explain the issue. She was quick to message me to fix it. I received the new one only a few days later and it is great! The customer service was timely and highly satisfactory. I recommend this company because of the quality of the product and the excellent customer service!

Beautiful engraving
This was a gift for my brother in law who retired this month. He truly loved the set and thought that the engraving was well done. Also the seller delivered it way before the day it was promised.

Love, Love this decanter, such good quality for the price.
I gifted this to my husband on our wedding day and he was in shock of the gift. It is great quality for the price and looks exactly as pictured. It ships very quickly and is packed safely for a safe delivered product. I would definitely buy again for another gift.

Purchased w/ box just incase
I was worried that it would arrive broken if I did not get the box with it. I wish the box wasn't as expensive, but it arrived in perfect condition. Overall, its very nice and looks great!
