Kept getting stuck and when I 'unlocked' it. *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2015* It was ok at first. The actual lead would get stuck but I thought I would just have to use it a while. It got worse. Kept getting stuck and when I 'unlocked' it, the lead would not retract into the handle. I had to give it a tug. I have to keep my dog on a short lead now because if she is on a long lead, it won't retract into the handle and I think that would be dangerous should my dog decide to dash into the street. The lead has also twisted which also makes it difficult to retract. Maybe just mine is defective. I wouldn't buy another one. It IS very pretty, though.I would suggest to the manufacturer: thicker ribbon and wider to it doesn't get twisted. 17 bucks, lost.
