The first pair I purchased were too small (their sizing is a little off) and I returned them free of charge for an immediate refund. I was impressed with the service so I ordered another pair one size bigger. I am pleased I did, as I am very satisfied with them. They are comfortable and feel good quality, I like the Velcro straps, no messing with laces or any fancy gadgets to get them on and off.
