Review: Exceptional - Wow, this is an exceptional resource for moms and teens! Although I don’t often agree with Ms Fonda’s politics I’m a huge fan of her as a woman. My perception is that she always seeks to educate herself first and the disseminate her knowledge. She is both fierce and feminine which is incredibly difficult to pull off. This is a frank no-nonsense book that is not easily balked at by the eye-rolling adolescent. It contains almost no bias from politics, religion or even as a parent. Just the facts in very plain, simple, brief (for the ADD generations) and to the point terms. I did a pre-read before handing over to my teen-age daughter. I will encourage her to offer her own feedback. It is packed with additional resources which allow for continued education and fruitful dialog. Kudos Ms Fonda! I appreciate you!
Review: Everything you never wanted to talk to your teen about - I gave this to my teen during his last year of middle school. I didn't say much about it, just put it in his room and said, "I got this for you. Let me know if you have any questions." He read the heck out of it. We've always had a pretty open dialogue in hour household, but I've noticed that the older he gets older, the less he wants to talk--despite adolescence being the time when kids need to talk most. So I found a book that seemed real enough to make me a little uncomfortable (that's a good thing). I know he's hearing a lot of stuff from peers, and I wanted him to get accurate, factual info. This book does all that and more, going into topics that concern emotional and sexual wellbeing as well. It includes info on things I never would have thought to talk about. And it talks about all of it in a very respectful, nonjudgemental, non patronizing, no big deal sort of way. I really recommend this book for anyone with tweens/teens. Please don't let your kids' peers or the media educate your children about sexuality. Even if you openly talk to your kids, there are still things that you might not think to talk about, or things that they might not feel comfortable asking about, or let's face it--things you honestly aren't that comfortable talking about yourself. Highly recommended.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We gave the book to her on her 13th birthday and she loved the book
*by J***R on July 7, 2014*

My wife asked me to purchase this particular book for our teenage grand daughter. She read the book before we gave our grand daughter the book. The book was really about what everything teen girls and boys should know starting with puberty through their teen years. The book was well written and age appropriate. We gave the book to her on her 13th birthday and she loved the book.
