With this i don't normally have to worry about not having cold packs in the freezer. It's been about 6 weeks and one of them busted, but that's honestly ok since they are so cheap and it was partly my fault. I normally ice my buttocks/lower back and the pack slipped under me while i was sitting and that was a lot of pressure.
