    Extremely uncomfortable

I spent HOURS and hours online looking at reviews for comfortable bicycle seats for women that wouldn't constrict nerves, wouldn't press on any 'special spots', wouldn't cause numbness and wouldn't rub on the tail bone area. HOURS.. These seats were rated the best.  The good news - this is a well constructed seat. (as it should be for the cost). The bad news - its horribly uncomfortable. Terrible!  There is no cushioning. Maybe my 'sitz' bones dont line up with this seat in order for me to be comfortable? I dont know -but it went back to Amazon. As always Amazon has great customer service and I received a full refund. I was big time disappointed because I had high hopes for this seat. This seat was definitely not for me. OUCH!

    Huge improvement in riding comfort

I'm a woman, 5.5ft, 135lbs. I ride my bike daily approx 10 miles as a commuter. A standard saddle was causing me significant discomfort so I tried this after the positive reviews.  I've found it very durable after a couple months of use-no significant wear or fraying in the fabric.  It reduces the pressure centrally and has enough cushion to allow a bit of give with the left to right motions,  but it's far from cushy. I think additional padding or bike shorts would still be a good option for many.

    Geriatric in appearance not appropriate for mountain biking

I am a female mountain biker who rides enduro all mountain type rides. I have been having saddle pain and wanted to try something different.  I thought the wider seat would distribute my sitting weight better and off the insides of my undercarriage.  Firstly this seat looks like a geriatric seat in person.  It literally has an Rx symbol on the side which makes it look like a handicapped seat.  I wouldn't let my Santa cruz be seen with it. It wasn't comfortable to sit on either. Its fat and short, hard cheap material. Don't go with this unless you are elderly looking for a beach cruiser seat. I decided to put my Allure seat back on and adjust the angle and push the seat forward (different weight distribution). It seems to have helped a lot. If you have a seat but arent happy with it do yourself a favor and try readjusting things first.
