They all need to be right. **Q: with the shower bar, does it matter which side is hot and cold is connected to ?** A: It could go either way but if the outlet is to be downwards the hot needs to be on the left. Also the thermostat setting could be difficult the other way. I believe that if you are prepared to strip it down it could be assembled diffeerently but I haven't tried it.
