Certainly is squirrel proof!
Smart looking but robust so certainly value for money. The previous one was chewed apart. Not this one - we must have saved the price in seed already!

it works
No drainage in the bottom of the feeder and peanut collects and rots in there if not cleaned out regularly otherwise it is well built and deters most of the larger birds

Deterring pigeons and crows
Only started using this feeder but so far so good as it has stopped the crows and pigeons from getting at the peanuts. Good price too as £8 cheaper than buying from a retail shop. I have since bought a second feeder.

Not squirrel proof
In less than a week squirrels had wrecked the peanut holder

Good value, however there are some issues.
Put together well, however the squirrels in my garden soon worked out how to ‘spring’ the top and get to the nuts and seeds. I fixed this by tying wire around the catches. Also the squirrels worked out that if they shook the feeder with the seeds the seeds spilled out on to the the grass below!Canny little critters!😂

At Last a squirrel proof bird feeder.
Bought this bird feeder last resort as over run with Squirrels. They shake the feeder as well as eat from the old one. So the seeds on the lawn and the lawn now patchy due to them feeding off the floor. This one is ACE would highly recommend.

Sturdy and useful
The little birds were suspicious of going inside the frame at first, but got used to it in a week or so. It keeps the jackdaws from eating from this feeder. Success!

Badly Designed Peanut Feeder
Shelled peanut meats are too large to access and pull through for birds who are small enough to get through the cage. Larger clinging birds are frustrsted by the cage and can't access nuts or birdseed. It's a waste of money!
