Oh Yuk Healthy Hot Tub Cleaner does exactly what it promises and then some. After running it through my hot tub, I was honestly surprised (and a little grossed out) by how much hidden buildup it flushed out of the plumbing. It’s clear this product goes deeper than what you can see on the surface, which gives me peace of mind knowing my spa is actually clean—not just looking clean. The process was simple: pour it in, run the jets, and drain. No complicated steps or harsh chemical smell, which I really appreciated. It worked well for both indoor and outdoor use, and I noticed a big difference in water clarity and overall freshness afterward. The 16 oz bottle is a good value considering how effective it is, and a little goes a long way. I also like that it’s formulated to be a healthier option compared to some heavy-duty chemical cleaners. Overall, this is a must-have for routine hot tub maintenance. This stuff works great in my hot tub. Just pour it in and let the tub run for an hour. It clears all the gunk out of all the jets and after draining the refill is sparkling clean. I highly recommend this product

Our hot tub quit heating to the higher temperatures. Our heater was replaced not long ago and after researching it seemed to be a flow issue. We ran this through the system and did a drain and refill. The flow is better and now the heater works. It was super easy to use and now our hot tub is hot and feels clean

So far this has been a great product. The first few times I used it there was a scum built up around the water line. That is because it was cleaning all the crud out of the jets. The sludge was easily wiped off the walls and after a few applications of this product that stopped happening. My water looks crystal clear and it has been very effective in helping keep the water clean, chemicals more balanced and it has no strong smell. I have still been having some issues with the PH but it is definitely much better than before I started using this product. It is very easy to use and I just need to add about 2.5 Tablespoons to my 500 gallon hot tub. It doesn't cause any foaming and it is an overall great product that has made our spa care much easier. The only downfall is that it is quite pricey, but, in my opinion it is worth the money to reduce the hassle of keeping the water clean. It has also cut back slightly on the cost of all of my other chemicals.

Used it this winter to solve a persistent foam problem and it certainly pulled soap scum from the lines. It will bring the oils to the surface that create a heavy scum line. Use a few old rags to remove the new scum line and clean everything well before refilling. I’ll do it again this summer when it’s warm and I can spend more time - works well. Recommended!

Works well, ran the tub for per the instructions, quite the foamy residue resulted and it looked pretty dirty. Drained the tub, washing off with a brush, and the result was a sparkling clean hot tub. I don't need to try anything else, the Yuk cleaner worked great.

It cleans really well. So, technically, it does its job. BUT if you have a non-slip/rough-surface hot tub, removing the blue water line stain is difficult.

Worked very well and pulled all the film and gunk out of the hot tub piping/jets. Used for a 2500L, 9 seater, almost daily used hot tub and it got it back to crystal clear once drained and refilled.

A very odd name but but it does exactly what it says it will do... hot tub beautifully clean.
