Please can I return these? I have tried 6 tablets and they are incredibly difficult to swallow and leave me feeling sick for about an hour after takin

Same thing for me too! I’m not sure if they are supposed to be chewed as they have rough powdery outer coating but when bite into it they taste disgusting. So not chewable or swallowable and they also made me feel sick if I did swallow it with plenty of water! So I’ve chucked them all away!

What’s the sell by date like because I don’t take these every day, just when I’m run down. Thanks.

The sell by date will constantly change, depending on when the batch was produced. You should be looking for the shelf life. My bottle doesn't state this. But states a 'best before date of 31/03/2023 batch:PLN200032127'. And I've had them for 3 months now. So that's a MINIMUM 3 years shelf life for this batch. So I'm sure you'll be fine.
