I’ve been using this Italian seasoning for a few weeks, mainly for pasta sauces and roasted vegetables. It’s a convenient mix, and I like not having to measure out multiple herbs. The flavor is balanced and works well in most dishes without overpowering them. However, I expected a stronger aroma when opening the container—it feels a bit mild compared to other blends I’ve tried. I also wish the texture was slightly finer for easier mixing. Overall, it’s a solid everyday seasoning that does the job, just not the most bold or fragrant option out there!

I love this herb combination I dont even like Italian seasoning combined like this. I tried it at a local store but gave it away. This is very tasty and smells good too.

I can't believe how much cheaper this is than at the stores!!! I was so excited to find this for such a good price here on Amazon!!! Wow! So excited because I really go through lots of bottles of Italian seasoning.. I regularly make my italian crackers & biscuits.. so this should save some money ;) Below is my recipe for others who love Italian seasoning and would like to make our favorite crackers... also, we make these crackers with pumpkin seed flour, which we also found on Amazon but can be made with other flours (like almond, peanut, etc) As u can see. we lean towards the low-carb, gluten free flours since my hubby is doing keto diet.. but we found that Pumpkin seed flour is the lowest carb flour when u subtract the fiber almost carb free!! My Italian cracker recipe: 1/2 cup pumpkin seed flour 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp oregano seasoning 1/4 tsp sea salt or to desired taste 2 tbsp olive oil 2 'chia eggs'* Directions: Preheat oven to 350'.. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly... I use a fork to make sure its pressed and mixed well.. then add olive oil and mix thoroughly until it looks crumbly. Next add the 'chia egg' mixing well.. it maybe slightly wet & sticky but that's ok. Put the doughty ball on parchment paper and add another sheet of parchment paper on top.. press down and then roll it out to your desired cracker thickness. Then cut into squares and possibly sprinkle a touch more sea salt if you like more salt. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crispy.. oven temps vary so check around 15 minutes to make sure not burning. Enjoy!! ;) *chia egg- Mix 1 tbsp of ground chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water. Since this recipe calls for 2 chia eggs u would mix 2 tbsp of ground chia seeds with 6 tbsp of water.
