Great pair of light duty gloves
I love these gloves. I got them mostly for driving, and I've made a few trips now. They keep my hands nice and toasty, and the deerskin is great material--it grips the wheel very firm, doesn't slip or anything like that. The lining is very soft and comfortable and the gloves have a lot of mobility, and slide on and off the hand easily.I think they changed the construction of the product versus what's described and pictured. Instead of "Thinsulate" mine came with "Thermofill" insulation, and doesn't have the "Thinsulate" tag. Still very warm though, and still 100% polyester insulation.Oh and while they're not for heavy abrasive work, they're still tough enough for most things I would use gloves for. On the other hand the deerskin is super soft, so I could see it getting scratched, embedded with dirt, etc. really easily. I think they're tough enough for light-to-moderate tasks and just for keeping your hands warm while doing them.

... have wearing these gloves for years and I absolutely love them! Warm
I have wearing these gloves for years and I absolutely love them! Warm...soft...rugged and easy on and off. I'm on my fifth pair. I have to handle metal gas cylinders stored in a building with no heat during winter - these gloves are great for protecting my hands from the horrible cold. (I live in the north). I sometimes use them to wipe snow off my car, but know that a wet snow will soak through these gloves after awhile. Also note: these are bulky gloves - so not great if you need to do tasks that require nimble intricate finger work. They are very well made and worth the money!

Great Winter work Gloves
OMG I love these gloves! I initially picked up a pair at Walmart but couldn't find them there anymore so I got a few from Amazon. Soft, warm, inexpensive and very easy to put on and take off. They are tough but light duty so don't stack firewood or do brickwork with'em.. Also being Suede deerskin they'll absorb water faster than a sponge but for light duty winter tasks such as shoveling snow or filling the birdfeeder, they're the best.

Wonderful gloves
These gloves are perfect for my intended use for driving in cold weather. They are very comfortable and warm. I have unfortunately used them when doing a little work, and they stain fairly easy. So, other than their color, they are perfect!

Fit well
My husband loves them. Nice and soft. His hands are always cold. This pair is for “inside” the house while he is watching TV

Not as advertised, no response
Gloves were not Thinsulate, much thicker than tlhey should have been. I wrote to Amazon about the misrepresentation but never heard back about it. I kept them because they were too much trouble to return and I can get by with them as long as all I need are gloves, not dexterity.

Great for riding a scooter or motorcycle in the winter
Since I frequently ride my scooter in cold weather, I was looking for something that was warm, comfy, and resistant to wind. These gloves are definitely the winner - and I've been very happy with their performance. After three years, the gloves still performed like new. I sold my scooter this summer, and included the gloves after the buyer begged for them (I guess he thought I sold the gloves better than I did the scooter!). Needless to say, I immediately bought myself a second pair and will be using them for general use during the winter.
