Perfect for gluten free bread
Mix 15-20g with warm water and a teaspn apple cider vinegar, add to yeast and gluten free bread flour, whisk with dough hooks to form soft bread dough. Works just like normal dough, you can even knock back knead and shape like normal bread.

It's NOT in a powder form
Please note it is not in powder form as per the description, however, it can be easily made into a powder, if you have a coffee grinder. A blender might also work. I find it much easier to drink in water when it's in powder form. I add some lime juice to it, which makes it more drinkable.
