Review: Excellent product and customer service - This is an excellent planter. It is lightweight, but it looks like a stone or concrete planter that would be much heavier. I had an issue with mine where it developed a hairline crack. If I had been using this as a planter, I would not have known and it wouldn’t have mattered. But I was using it as a fountain/birdbath and the water was very slowly leaking. The company was so kind and replaced the planter, even though I was using it for an unintended purpose. Excellent customer service. Excellent product. I don’t usually write reviews, but when a company has this good of customer service, I feel like I need to let people know. So often on desertcart you just don’t know what kind of customer service you are going to get if you have an issue with a product and this company was excellent!!
