I bought this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter to go with her American doll. She loved it. The dog is the perfect size, lovely soft fur and realistic looking eyes. It is very well made and the color is consistent. The accessories are well made and easy for a 6 year old to manage. The dog and doll are always together. This a quality item.

From other reviews I had expected a lot of mashed fur and wrinkles to deal with when I opened the box but that was not the case. Everything was carefully packed and ready to send on its way to my grandniece. The carrier stood up on its own. The dog was very cute and enthused personality. I was very happy with my purchase The dog bed could have been a little bigger and plusher. But what dog sleeps in a dog bed when he can sleep with his mistress anyway. The bone, brush and dog food bowl were high quality plastic and should last through all the years of play.

I LOVED this toy! It comes with a complete set of pet accessories. The dog is adorable, and really soft....and the accessories are even cuter. My daughter loves to put the dog in his "bed" to sleep when she goes to bed at night, and the carrying case makes it easier to keep all the pieces together -- even the bowl of dogfood and the brush, which are actually quite tiny. Overall, a terrific price for this, compared to what it would cost from the American Girl doll store.

This is a great product for kids- much cheaper then the American Girls models and comes with many fun accessories too. Some people commented earlier that the lease didn't have a spot for a doll's hand to hold it, but mine did. Everything is just like in the photos, but you do have to do some work to get the wrinkles out of the case- I wet mine and popped it into the dryer for a bit. Then smoothed it while hot with my hand. That took the majority of the bad creases out. Also the dog's head looks a little misshapen because the fur is all matted from packing. I used a small brush and some water, and solved that problem pretty good too. I still would recommend the set, because it turned out cute, and was not expensive.

Well received by my niece. Much larger than I imagined, but perfect size for her dolls. I got the cat one too. Same nice quality and accessories were great.

Only slight criticism is the ears are stitched on and within a day 1 of the ears has come “undone” My daughter doesn’t seem to mind and loves playing with her “Millie”
