Review: Every flavor is delicious! - I ordered 5 of each flavor, here are my thoughts: Cocoa: really delicious, kind of tastes like liquefied cocoa puffs. I've tried with dairy milk, soy milk, and oat milk, and dairy is the best. Soy grain: better than I thought it would be! It definitely tastes like sweet soy, but in a really good way. This one goes really well with soy milk. Green tea: this one is my favorite. It tastes like a green tea late from Starbucks! I've tried with soy milk and dairy milk, and dairy is the best. Stevia yogurt: this one pleasantly surprised me. It isn't sour at all, and it does taste like yogurt, but not the yogurt you're thinking. This tastes strongly like a Korean or Japanese drikable yogurt, the kind that comes in a tiny little bottle with a foil top. This one is really delicious, and was good with soy and dairy milk. Mild coffee: this one is a close second for my favorite one! It is soooo strong in terms of coffee tastes, and is just so good. It tastes like a latte. I've tried this one with dairy milk and I think it is better than soy, but oat milk would be good too. Overall I love these. I love Korean food, so these were an interesting find. They're a great meal replacement at between 140-150 kcal, and I really did love every flavor. These are a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion.
Review: Sensitive stomach - I have a sensitive stomach especially in the morning because I do have gut issues. These meal packs are basically probiotics so I recommend starting with 1/3 or 1/2 of the packet because these will make you go to the bathroom a lot like a detox. But so far this has really helped me, I don’t experience much bloating in the morning, I feel less heavy, and it does make me feel full enough that I don’t feel like snacking for awhile, and I haven’t puked in awhile either so I’m really happy about that. The only thing that’s hard to get use to is the powdery taste but it is a grain powder so it makes sense but I do like the flavors. I do recommend just be aware these are probiotics so just take half or less of the packets to avoid going to the bathroom so much if you don’t want to experience that.

I have a sensitive stomach especially in the morning because I do have gut issues. These meal packs are basically probiotics so I recommend starting with 1/3 or 1/2 of the packet because these will make you go to the bathroom a lot like a detox. But so far this has really helped me, I don’t experience much bloating in the morning, I feel less heavy, and it does make me feel full enough that I don’t feel like snacking for awhile, and I haven’t puked in awhile either so I’m really happy about that.
