French stock Broth veal Knorr-Marmite Fond De Veau - 3,95 Oz

This stuff is amazing for producing truly gourmet meat sauces. I pan sear and than roast rack of lamb in a cast iron pan, deglaze the pan with a little red wine and whisk in a pack of this. That will produce a sauce for the plated ribs that rivals the best French restaurants. We first discovered it in France, managed to find it here before it was mysteriously dropped from Amazon.Might have to return to Beaune for a truckload.

Makes dinner so easy! ( and impressive).

Believe me, buying this ready made broth vastly surpasses trying the time consuming process of making veal broth yourself. Everything is in French but all one needs to know that each cup is one cup.

Shame this product is not readily available in UK supermarkets which only seem to stock beef, chicken, vegetable and fish stock pots. I used it to make a casserolle of beef in red wine and the taste was superby
