I would say maybe 1-1/2 tablespoons. They are perfect for nuts or mints.

Are they 5.5" end of scoop to end of handle?

I want to say yes, but I'm not 110% sure. I gave them to someone that has a candy shop being that they were too small for me to use via doggy treats.
