Had this book awhile now,but havent had the chance to go through the full book intensly as I planned.Great book non the less.

William Rand is an excellent teacher and found his manual to be very helpful and informative, not complicated at all. I would certainly recommend his work to students and those interested in Reiki.

This is the definitive Reiki manual and I use it with all my students . if you only buy one Reiki book make it this one.

This is a helpful book for those setting out in Reiki, I like the visual reminders of hand positions and would recommend it to beginners.

Contains a lot of detail which is a bit bewildering to those completely new to Reiki, maybe should be split into two manuals.
