I have a 18oz. Metal travel cup with plastic straw that comes with it from Walmart. It keeps my drinks hot or cold.

I like my coffee cold in the summer and hot in the winter

What I use:
Bagged ice from Walmart (I do not have a ice maker)
Fill metal cup with ice almost to the top.
Add blackest of black coffee 3Q of the way (by site and practice) I wish I had an espresso machine, because I would then use two shots of that instead and then May a few less ice cubes too.
Then a creamer, about 1Q (usually half/half or something creamy)
I add in my flavored syrup (hazelnut from Walmart, taste to test, but about 1/3 cup)
Add to my blender and blend the crap out it for a minute. Then add "coffee" flavored powder from big train 5-6tbls. This is also a taste test trial and error. As I am still new this then blend the crap out of it again... If it's thick and not blending well, just add either coffee, creamer or syrup little bits at a time to help it start again. (But keep a straw near for tasting first before adding one that I listed and paper towel to catch the drippings from straw when you're done)
When you've met your satisfied taste level and consistency (thickness)... Pour into your choice of a travel metal mug/cup and enjoy wherever and whenever!

Not likely a mistake. Each serving is 2/3 complex carbohydrates, mostly sugar.

1 cup strong brewed coffee which I get cold in refrigerator then I use 16oz glass crushed ice and 3/4 cup of mix finally using my blender and you have a frappuccino -- better than Starbucks.
